Ingredients:
- 4 tortillas
- 4 bananas
- Nutella (to taste)
- 200 ml sour cream
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Fresh fruit for garnish (e.g. strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, kiwi, mint leaves)
Process:
- Preparation of tortillas:
- Lay out the tortillas on a work surface.
- Place the tortillas on a work surface.
- Spread a layer of Nutella on half of each tortilla to taste.
- Peel and thinly slice the bananas. Spread them evenly on the ungreased part of the tortillas.
- Fold the tortillas according to the video.
- Grilling:
- Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium heat.
- Grill each tortilla for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until nice grill marks appear on the surface and the tortillas are crispy.
- To prepare the cinnamon sour cream:
- In a bowl, mix the sour cream with the ground cinnamon. Stir thoroughly to disperse the cinnamon evenly.
- Serving:
- Arrange the tortillas on a plate and add a dollop of sour cream with cinnamon next to them.
- Garnish the plate with fresh fruit of your choice. You can use strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, kiwi, or any other fruit you like.
- You can also add mint leaves for a fresh look and taste.
Tips:
- If you don’t have a grill or grill pan, you can also prepare tortillas in a classic frying pan.
- You can experiment with adding other ingredients, such as nuts or coconut chips, to the filling with Nutella and bananas.
