How long is the voucher valid?
One year from the day the payment reaches our account. The exact expiry date is printed on the voucher.

What if the stay costs more than the voucher?
The difference is paid when booking. The voucher is redeemed in one go, against a single payment.
Can the voucher be used for extras?
Yes. It pays for the accommodation and for extras such as the hot tub or breakfast.
Can the voucher be refunded?
You can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days as long as the voucher has not been redeemed, and without giving a reason. Write to info@glampingresort.sk and we will refund you.
